The following documentation must be mailed to the Scholarships and Grants Chair by March 1, 2011:

  1. A full curriculum vitae
  2. Two letters of recommendation
  3. A letter from the host institution indicating the suitability of the applicant's proposal to their course of study
  4. A specific indication of estimate costs associated with the applicant's program
  5. Financial need must be documented.  Please submit a copy of your Student Aid Results report based on your FAFSA application OR
    1. a copy of your 2009 tax return if you are 24 or older, or
    2. a copy of your parents' 2009 tax return if you are  under 24.
    If the 2009 return won't be filed by March 1, send the 2008 one to meet the deadline for all documents. Contact the Scholarships and Grants chair if the 2009 return will be delayed.  (It still must be sent when filed.)
