Through publicity in the press, word of mouth and notices to Welsh-American societies and meetings, individuals are advised of this service. With notice of the availability of a publication, a complete description is provided to interested libraries in this country and Wales. While libraries in the United States have first choice, most are sent to the National Library of Wales since many of the publications are in Welsh. Over 400 publications have been saved with the Foundation paying shipment costs to libraries.
